Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Formcore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Status

Formcore is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or feature availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to downtime, bugs, security incidents, or data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider critical.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party except as necessary to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy for details).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. File Uploads

Uploaded files are accessible to anyone with the file URL. Do not use the file upload feature to collect sensitive documents. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to uploaded files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formcore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
