Overage rates

Business is the only self-serve plan with overage. Free and Pro are hard-capped. When a Business project exceeds its included limits, usage is billed at these rates. Overage is opt-in and comes with configurable spending caps.

FAQ

Is billing per account or per project?: Per project. One account can have a mix of Free, Pro, and Business projects.
Are projects and forms limited?: No. Every account gets unlimited projects and forms. Limits apply to usage within each project.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?: Submissions are rejected until the next cycle or you upgrade. Business projects can enable overage to keep going.
Which plan has overage?: Only Business. Free and Pro are hard-capped with no surprise charges.
